You may return any item purchased online from Penshoppe at any Penshoppe boutique within the Philippines. Returned items may be exchanged for any item in the store provided that the Return Conditions below are met. If the item chosen is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of the exchange. If of lower value, the price difference is forfeited. Please be advised that all returned items shall be evaluated to confirm its condition.

Online Store Return Conditions:

1. You have thirty (30) days to return an item from the date it was purchased
2. Your item must be accompanied by official receipt before any return can be evaluated for processing
3. Returned items must be unused and in its original condition (with tags intact)
4. Your item may only be returned/exchanged once unless the return is due to manufacturing defect

Online Store Accepted Reasons for Return:

Your item may be exchanged for any item in the store:

1. If the item has a manufacturing defect; or
2. For change of size and item
